Upcoming Cooking Class: Hot and Spicy Thai

August 1, 2013 2 Comments

pad-thai

I’m giving a Thai cooking class on Saturday, Aug. 10th. 5pm-8pm.

Menu:
Pad thai
Sacred basil jungle eggplant
Green curry chicken

$30 for a filling, healthy, fresh meal. $40 if you feel like throwing in some mango cocktails : ) Otherwise, BYOW.

I do not use ketchup (that’s standard in Pad Thai in a lot of places), MSG, or low-quality meat. I do use sacred basil and chili peppers from my balcony garden, and I’ll demonstrate how to make curry pastes and pad thai sauces from scratch.

Let me know soon because space is limited!

      Hi Kristina,

I sent you an email but haven’t heard back from you. Are you still interested in attending the class? Are you interested in the boozy option or the BYO- option? The class takes place in southwest Montreal and I’ll give you the address by email. watson.amie (at) gmail.com

      Thanks,
      MissWattson
