Photos from the Last Vegetarian Sushi Class

My first time running a vegetarian sushi in class through Bookalokal.com was a success. The food was tasty, the participants were enthusiastic, and there was lots of avocado, cucumber, mango, pickled plum, cashews, strawberry, pickled burdock root, miso soup, chives, holy basil, carrot and sake to go around. Plus the homemade pickled ginger. We did handrolls, nigiri, maki, and inside-out rolls.
