Sushi Class, May 25th
The Menu:
Organic miso soup
Sustainable tuna sashimi
Sustainable smoked salmon or char nigiri
Quebec crab California rolls
Nordic shrimp maki
Inside-out avocado-cucumber rolls
Mango rolls

When: 3pm to 6pm
Where: Point Ste-Charles
Price: $35 (or $40 with a glass of quality sake)

What: Learn to make perfect sushi rice, nigiri, inside-out and regular maki, and handrolls.
What you’ll learn: how to use a Japanese sashimi knife and other knife skills, the ins and outs of buying sustainable fish in Montreal, fish safety, and sushi etiquette and tradition.
