Check out my story on the best apple dishes in Montreal at Nightlife.ca. Please ‘like it’, tweet it, or leave a comment! I want to turn this into a Montreal restaurant series on where to eat each week with a focus on a particular ingredient. Want to hear about where to find the most interesting and delicious takes on lamb shank or boudin? Quail eggs or kale? Cider or ice wine?

Also, please go enjoy these dishes. Who knew you could smoke puff pastry? Plus sashimi, fois gras and tarte tatin. It’s a good city we live in.
