“Poutine for the Rest of Canada” and “Prefer Your Poutine a Bit Lighter?” in the Montreal Gazette today

March 17, 2012 Leave a Comment

I’ve got two articles in the Montreal Gazette today! If you love poutine, La Banquise, or are just interested about the new Toronto-based chain opening a locally owned franchise in downtown Montreal, please pick up a copy of the newspaper, flip to the front page of the Weekend Life section, and read the articles! If you’re an amazing person please also consider going to the Gazette website and leaving a comment about whether you’ll check out the restaurant when it opens, what your favourite poutine in the city is, and whether or not you think my mushroom gravy is a poutine abomination.

Everything Else best poutine montreal, la banquise montreal, montreal gazette, poutine, ryan smolkin, smoke's poutinerie montreal
