Hot and Spicy Thai Cooking Class: The photos

Thanks to all the great participants in my last hot and spicy Thai cooking class. We cooked up some stellar pad thai, spicy eggplant with sacred basil, and a from-scratch green curry chicken that tasted of the fresh cilantro and the garden. And the mango cocktails to start didn’t hurt. Here are the photos of the food and the participants. Everyone went home with the recipes and a full stomach. All I need is a group of four to do it again. But I also have 40 lbs of tomatoes coming tomorrow and a lot of canning to do with them! So if you want to learn to make simple canned tomatoes so as to never buy tinned tomatoes again and my popular “Heinz on Crack” homemade ketchup, let me know! Other canning to come includes vanilla-peppercorn pears and a blueberry aigre-doux (I have a seven part canning series coming up on Fine Dining Lovers…).
