Gingerbread Jam

Cinmamon, ginger, apples, nutmeg, cloves

There’s something about freshly toasted and ground cinnamon and cloves that makes everyone close their eyes and inhale slowly. I wrote this recipe for FineDiningLovers. But here are the rest of the pictures. If only smell worked through the computer. If only you had synesthesia…I have the memory which does about the same thing in this case. You’ll have to make the recipe yourself to acquire that skill.

you shouldn’t, but you could just eat this with a spoon. Or at least test it a few too many times. I mean, don’t eat the whole thing with a spoon. That’s diabetes in a recipe. But I did eat all the apple pulp from juicing 3 cups of apple juice. Cider works better, and my vinegar wasn’t the best brand, but the jam still worked just fine. Christmas in a jam. Makes a perfect homemade Christmas present.
