Farm-to-Restaurant Love Story: Quebec Restaurants on Healthy Relationships and Heartbreak

August 15, 2015 Leave a Comment

Farm to restaurant love storyWhen you think “farm-to-table” or “farm-to-restaurant,” do pictures of happy animals and vegetables and delicious meals come to mind? But what happens behind the scenes when the romance takes a backseat to bottom lines and misunderstandings? Even with the best of intentions, hearts get broken.

Montreal’s Lawrence Restaurant, Crudessence and Les Jardins du Petit Tremble have had their share of heartache. But they haven’t given up on love just yet – and they’re channeling it into what ends up on your dinner plate.

Listen to my audio doc here, where I interview Sefi Amir and Marc Cohen of Lawrence, Barry Pall of Crudessence and François Tanguay of Les Jardins du Petit Tremble about how farm to restaurant relationships go wrong – and right.

Everything Else barry pall, crudessence, farm to restaurant love story, farm to table, francois tanguay, jardins du petit ptremble, lawrence restaurant, marc cohen, montreal, sefi amir
