Montreal Goes Vegetarian – Interview with Dihua Wei of Vegetopia

March 11, 2011 MissWattson Leave a Comment

This morning on CKUT radio 90.3FM I interviewed Dihua Wei, one of the organizers of Vegetopia, a month-long GO-VEGETARIAN! challenge running from now until April 10th. Even if you don’t want to get on the veggies-only band wagon, you can still attend the cooking workshops, talks, and the final benefit dinner happening between now and the end of the event.

Guest chefs include Gigi Cohen of Cafe Harvard Gourmet, a kosher vegetarian restaurant in NDG, Kristina Czerkawski of the soon-to-open gluten-free bakery Les Gâteauries, and Dominique Dupuis  of L’Armoire du Haut

The benefit buffet dinner, EAT for CHANGE, will take place on April 10th at Katakombes with profits going to L’ŒUVRE LÉGER.
