Host Laura Casella loved the Quebec yellow watermelon and feta salad from Maurin Cuisine and the chili con carne on brown rice from Maison FreshMint. Here’s the segment and the breakdown:
Maurin Cuisine: Meals $12.50 (~2 portions), 1 L of salad or soup $10 (~4 portions), desserts $3.50-$4 (~2 portions)

Freshmint: Meals $12.50-$16.50 (1 large portion), 1 daily meal and 10-15 seasonal rice bowls and salads.
Delivery area: Downtown, st-henri, plateau, mile end, westmount, PSC, larger orders and catering all over.

Goodfood Box: $60-$85 per week for regular, vegetarian or family plan: 2-4 portions of 2-4 meals (~$9-$15 per serving)
Delivery area: Across Quebec, Ontario and the maritimes.
