Cocktails Invade Montreal From May 10-16 With Competitions and Discount Drinks

You’ll be sipping your way through Montreal this Spring at the third annual cocktail week, taking place from May 10th to 16th. This year’s Invasion Cocktail is back and is featuring even more partner bars and restaurants.

Here’s the breakdown by the numbers:

$20 = The cost of your Invasion Cocktail passport

$10 = The cost of a passport if you get the limited time only 2-for-1 deal

6 to 8 = The number of specialty cocktails each bar will be concocting for the event

$7 = How much each drink will cost after purchasing your passport ($2 = How much more each drink costs compared to last year)

36 = The number of participating bars and restaurants in Montreal and Quebec City

>200 = The total number of cocktails created especially for the event

$100 = The cost of the three-cocktail brunch fest at the Au Pied de Cochon Cabane à Sucre May 15 (includes transport)

1 = The number of “wild ice carving” demos at that brunch (1 = enough?)

$75 = The cost of an All-You-Can-Drink ticket to the end-of-festival Made With Love annual cocktail competition between Canada’s top mixologists May 16

$60 = The cost of the All-You-Can-Drink ticket to the opening party on May 10th at the PHI Centre

$115 = The early bird cost of a ticket to all the industry seminars with big deal guests for mixologists and mixologists-to-be

16 = The number of mixology stations at the opening event, aka 16 approximately two-ounce cocktails to try
