Ateliers & Saveurs Gift Certificate Giveaway!

July 21, 2014 Leave a Comment

Summer + terrasses + cocktails = Montreal

It’s simple math.

Ateliers & Saveurs is a cooking, cocktail, and wine school in Old Montreal. Their classes sell out far in advance, which makes sense when you look at their schedule of lunch quickies (“Gourmet Pressé: $14 meals of chicken burger and duck confit, mushroom risotto, and slow-cooked salmon with honey, fennel and cumin), after-work tapas, and unpretentious wine testing (“From Asti to Barolo”; New World vs. Old World;).

They also have usually pretty fresh and fruity cocktails (mojitos, cosmos, and sangria and aperol).

And fun—it’s always fun. You come for the party ambiance and stay for the booze.

Don’t oversell, Amie. Right. So.

This week I’m giving away two $20 gift certificates to any of Ateliers & Saveurs’ cooking, cocktail, or wine tasting classes. All you have to do is leave a comment on this blog telling me your favourite cocktail by 11 a.m. Monday, July 29th. You get extra points for leaving a recipe with it. I’ll choose the winner based on deliciousness (completely subjective) and mail you a certificate.

Simple. Like the math above. Happy terrassing and cocktail-making!
